I never open the box until all of my protective accessories are in — case + screen protector, so I knew I had to order those ASAP! Pro tip: order this screen protector + select in-store pickup… they will professionally install it for you + it’s free replacements/installs forever!
I love the way my clear case shows off the Starlight finish, but adds some color + customization. The oversized monogram makes me happy. Yes, I am recently married so my new initials are still exciting 🙂 Note: this font color is not available as a standard option on this specific case, but I saw it in a review photo on her Etsy from one of her other styles. I messaged her asking if she could do that color on this case + she was super accommodating!
If you know me, you know I’m a hardcore LoopyCase fan. I’m always carrying 10 million things at once + having a loop on my phone is a MUST. I can carry it with one finger if needed + it almost works like a mini camera strap: you have something to hold onto when using your phone which minimizes drops.
However, there is a major downside to LoopyCase: it’s not compatible with my wireless chargers. I have this fabulous charger on my nightstand + I have to take my phone out of its LoopyCase every night to put it on the charger. Another downside: it’s almost impossible to stick a LoopyCase in a car phone mount. With my new setup, I don’t have either issue!
Note: I LOVE my charger because it has an indicator light for each charging pad [iPhone, Apple Watch + AirPods], so you know your device has made a connection when you place it on the pad. But the BEST PART is that the light goes out after 10 seconds… aka no bright annoying lights on your nightstand when you’re trying to fall asleep! That was a dealbreaker for me + most chargers didn’t have this feature.
I definitely love my mini, but I’m not gonna lie…. I might love my custom beaded iPhone charm more!! There are TONS of styles + colors, but I chose a green theme to compliment the turquoise/mint initials on my case. I was set on cool colors + a bold, 90s feel. There was a personalization option, so I decided to add the word “DREAMER”. I also messaged her about two other custom additions + she was very accommodating as well.
Note: This specific Etsy shop had the most unique style + options, while also using premium materials. Some shops didn’t use these high quality loops + instead used string, which I could foresee getting dirty, wet, ratty or even begin unravelling. I also loved that hers had a clasp: you can remove it without having to take the entire loop out of the side of your phone. I can spend long periods of time on my phone answering emails + on social, so I can easily unclip it if it’s bothering me.
A phone with a loop that is wireless-charger compatible! I can still carry my phone with one finger + or throw it around my wrist when I’m out doing the most. There is also no guess-work when placing it in my car phone mount!

I had to grab this temporary case because my monogram case wouldn’t be in until the end of October! I reallllly loved this case. Keeping it as a back-up if anything happens to my clear case 🙂
